🔄 Refund & Exchange Policy

No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. We follow an exchange-only policy.

Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only if:

• • You received a damaged product.
• • You received a wrong product.

Time Limit
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after 48 hours will be rejected.

Proof Required

• • Unboxing Video (clear, uncut, from sealed package to full reveal)
• • Clear Photographs (2–3 images showing damage or wrong product)
• • Order Number

Exchange Process

1. Email us at luxurytimepiecesindia@gmail.com with subject: "EXCHANGE – [Order Number]"
2. Attach the video and photos
3. We review and approve within 24–48 hours
4. Ship the product back (customer pays return shipping unless our error)
5. We send the replacement within 4–7 business days

What is NOT covered?

• • Change of mind
• • Product not liked
• • Minor color/design differences
• • Customer damage or misuse

COD & Semi-COD Orders

• • COD: Once dispatched, cannot be cancelled. Refusal of delivery = 15% restocking fee.
• • Semi-COD: The 10% advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
